The comfortable bed and clean suite were the highlights of the stay, making for restful nights. However, the absence of luggage carts was a hassle, forcing multiple trips to transport belongings. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which affected my allergies significantly. Additionally, dirty kitchen towels and a dusty pull-out bed detracted from the experience.
